Chapter I  General Provisions

1、 These measures are formulated in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of education on the administration of students of ordinary institutions of higher learning, the regulations of Jiangxi University of science and technology on the punishment of students violating disciplines, the rules of the examination room of Jiangxi University of science and technology and other regulations, as well as with reference to the measures for the treatment of violations of national education examinations, in order to regulate the identification and treatment of examinations, maintain the fairness and impartiality of examinations, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of students participating in examinations.

2、 These measures are applicable to all kinds of internal examinations, national education examinations and all kinds of social examinations undertaken by Jiangxi University of science and technology as an examination center for undergraduate, junior college students (including higher vocational students) and graduate students who receive general higher education education.

3、 the academic affairs office and each college (Campus) shall be responsible for the organization, supervision, management and specific implementation of the examination, and identify the examination violations according to the provisions of these measures, and the school shall deal with the students' examination violations.

Chapter II identification and treatment of violations of discipline

4、 a student who commits any of the following acts shall be deemed to have violated the discipline in the general examination, and the invigilator shall give a verbal warning on the spot and correct it:

(1). Before the commencement of the examination, after the invigilator announces that the venue is cleared, he still fails to put the school bags, books, notes, mobile phones and other items prohibited by the examination regulations at the designated position of the invigilator;

(2). Bring your own answer paper or draft paper (blank) without permission;

(3). Looking around and trying to peek during the examination;

(4). Borrowing other people's calculators, stationery or other articles without the permission of the invigilator;

(5) Staying in the examination room or making noise near the examination room after handing in the papers;

(6). Other recognized general examination violations.

5 . a student who fails to observe the discipline of the examination room, disobeys the arrangements and requirements of the examination staff, and commits any of the following acts shall be deemed as a serious examination violation.
