1、 Principle of promotion and exemption work: the principles of comprehensive evaluation of morality, intelligence and physique and selection of the best shall be adhered to in the promotion and exemption work. On the basis of the comprehensive evaluation of students' ordinary learning and scientific research ability, the examination of students' innovative spirit, innovative ability and professional ability tendency shall be highlighted. The promotion and exemption work shall be open, fair and equitable. The work arrangement, requirements and results of the exemption will be publicized.

3、 Exemption conditions

1. The college selects the students who meet the following conditions:

(1) The college's current undergraduate graduates (excluding junior college students, second bachelor's degree and independent college students).

(2) He has lofty patriotism and collectivism, strong socialist conviction, strong sense of social responsibility, law-abiding and positive.

(3) Diligent study, hard study, excellent performance, strong interest in academic research, strong sense of innovation, innovation ability and professional ability. The average grade point of all courses (excluding school level public elective courses) in the previous three academic years ranks among the top 35% of the major;

(4) The score of CET-4 reached 425;

(5) Be honest and trustworthy, have a correct style of study, and have no records of cheating in examinations and plagiarizing other people's academic achievements
