Recently, our college held the 17th Graduate Academic Forum in conference room 326 of the college. Xiang Bo, the president of our college, attended the meeting. Teachers of the law department, Li Kai, Su Xiongxian Hua, Meng Chunyang, Yang Lingyan and Zhang Zhijian, served as the judges. Some graduate students participated in the forum.
During the forum exchange, the graduate students came to the stage in turn to show their respective research themes and views. The judges made wonderful comments one by one, pointed out the shortcomings of the paper, and discussed the relevant theoretical innovations. Among them, Xiao Rui takes the types and characteristics of virtual currency as the entry point, aiming at the fund-raising, money laundering and illegal acquisition of virtual currency, and studies the corresponding criminal law regulation path combined with the current law. Focusing on "data is a new property", Shiyu fully discusses the feasibility path in data acquisition, transfer, sharing and exit; Zhang Yanling takes eco-holism as a logical starting point, with comprehensive thinking from law enforcement authority to safeguard measures, in order to promote the efficient implementation of the joint law enforcement mechanism of river basin environment. Other graduate students have also elaborated on the topic of their thesis. The judges gave their guidance and comments one by one.
At the end of the forum, Xiang Bo summarized the forum. He pointed out that before writing the paper, the writing reasons of the article should be highly concise. By consulting and sorting out a large number of references, we should have an in-depth understanding of the basic research in this field. Before writing, we should pay attention to the research logic and the level of elaboration, build a good framework, pay attention to the writing format of the paper, and cultivate good scientific research habits.
