202321-22 October, the “Zero Renmin University of China Law School Forum” was co-hosted by the Bankruptcy in the People's Republic of China, the bankruptcy law research center of Renmin University of China, the Legal Affairs Department of the China Council for the promotion of trade, the Beijing Bankruptcy Law Society and the Beijing bankruptcy court at the “Century Jinyuan Hotel”(69 Banjing Road, Haidian District, Beijing) . Based on the needs of high-quality development and chinese-style modernization, the Forum strives to promote the renewal and popularization of the concept of bankruptcy law in the construction of market-oriented, law-based and international business environment, the correction and innovation of the system rule take“The bankruptcy law and the high quality development in the Chinese type modernization” as the theme. Zhong Xiaohua, a graduate student of our college, won the first prize of the forum essay writing in the thesis“Research on the protection of data users' rights and interests when digital enterprises go bankrupt” under the guidance of Professor Xiang Bo! The award-winning thesis fully demonstrates the law school's commitment to the General Office of the Communist Party of China and State Council General Office “Opinions on strengthening legal education and theoretical research in the new era”, constantly improve the quality of postgraduate personnel training. It is Bankruptcy in the People's Republic of China that the organizing committee of the Forum compiled and professionally selected more than 860 conference papers collected from this session of the Forum, and finally awarded 30 first prize papers through a third-party expert review, second Prize 40, third prize 60.
