In the afternoon of December 19, our school held the "Where are you Going?" excellent graduates exhibition in bishop Building 1603 in the West campus. Excellent graduates such as Liao Jinghuang, Liu Meiyu, Chen Jie and Wu Tingyi were invited to share their experience and answer questions for the freshmen.Wu Qianru, freshman counselor of class 20, presided over the meeting. Freshmen of class 20 of law major were present to listen.
At the beginning of the meeting, Wu Qianru briefly explained the purpose of holding the excellent graduates' elegant demeanor exhibition, and briefly introduced the advanced deeds of the excellent graduates to the students present.
Meiyu Liu of law 171 gave an introduction from the four aspects of party entry, exemption, student work and legal examination, and gave an emphasis on utilitarian and non-utilitarian learning methods, profoundly expounded the importance of non-utilitarian learning, and also recommended many books and learning channels to freshmen.Chen Jie, from class 171 of Law, shared her experience with freshmen about exchange students. She stressed that students should work hard to learn professional courses, improve their GPA, and find a balance between student work and study, so as to ensure their study time while completing student work efficiently.Wu Tingyi of law 171 focuses on the experience of postgraduate recommendation. She explains in detail the difference between postgraduate recommendation and postgraduate entrance examination, and suggests that one should strive hard on the basis of clear personal intention and goal, so as to get twice the result with half the effort.Based on his own experience, Liao Jinghuang told the freshmen about the experience of promoting the exemption of outstanding cadres, and encouraged the freshmen to make full use of their spare time to actively participate in various activities and competitions, make good use of various platforms, and enrich their resume while enriching their university life.
After entering the interactive questioning session, the present students raised questions to the seniors on professional learning, university planning, student work and other issues. Several outstanding graduates answered questions raised by the present freshmen one by one. The students actively participated in the exchange and said they benefited a lot from it.
