In order to promote our college graduate students to independently carry out academic exchange activities and improve students' academic innovation ability, on December 19, our college held the 13th postgraduate Academic Forum in 217 Academic Lecture Hall.Teachers Ma Long, Yang Lingyan and Duan Chunxia attended and served as the judges of this academic forum. Some graduate students participated in this forum, which was presided over by Luo Chenyun, a graduate student from grade 20 of our college.
It is reported that the postgraduate academic forum is held to provide a platform for postgraduate students to share and exchange academic ideas, so as to help students improve their academic ability, broaden their academic horizon and make more academic partners with the same interests.
A total of 7 graduate students gave academic reports in this graduate academic forum. They showed and explained their thesis framework and thesis viewpoints to everyone through PPT with their own characteristics.Centering on the problem of "integration of three governance" in urban community governance, Qu Xiaoting analyzed and expounded the environmental administrative public interest litigation from three perspectives: the aftereffect of environmental administrative public interest litigation, the scientific basis and institutional function of preventive environmental administrative public interest litigation, and put forward suggestions on improving the strategy of preventive environmental administrative public interest litigation.In his report, Liu Hao stressed the importance of the principle of freedom and fairness in the equalization of wills, and thus put forward the view of restricting the freedom of wills. At the same time, he made a horizontal comparison between the special reservation system in the West and the compulsory reservation system in China, affirming the importance of adhering to and perfecting the compulsory reservation system.The other 5 participants also analyzed and elaborated their thesis topic selection and framework respectively. The academic atmosphere on the scene was strong.
Graduate student after the show, the judges, respectively from the paper selected topic, the thesis topic, logic structure and PPT production of their paper are summarized and professional reviews, fully endorsed by graduate students earnestly, and hope they make persistent efforts, continuous improvement, the academic BBS platform for testing their own academic ability and academic achievements.At the end of the forum, judges Ma Long, Yang Lingyan and Duan Chunxia presented awards to the first, second and third prize winners respectively.
In the end, Malone summarized the forum, saying that the in-depth interpretation of the academic papers by our graduate students can not only improve their professional ability, but also expand the field of legal knowledge.
