On December 10, 2020, the legislative seminar on Ganzhou Gas Management Regulation (Draft) sponsored by our college and Ganzhou Local Legislative Research Base was held in the Conference room 210 of Law School.Leaders, experts and graduate students from the Legal Committee of Ganzhou People's Congress, the Legal Working Committee of Ganzhou People's Congress, Ganzhou Justice Bureau, Ganzhou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Ganzhou District Legal Aid Center, Ganzhou Gongren Law Firm, our institute and other units participated in the legislative seminar.Xiang Bo, president of our college, presided over the seminar.

This seminar mainly focuses on article 12, Article 18 and Article 20 of Ganzhou Fuel Gas Administration Regulations (Draft).Leaders and experts at the meeting put forward suggestions and suggestions on the amendment of Ganzhou Gas Management Regulations (Draft) from the aspects of gas contract conclusion, gas operator's criteria and bottled gas distribution system.
