In the afternoon of 1 December, East China University of Political Science and Law professors, professor, ma Changshan, president of the East China University of Political Science and Law Institute of Digital Rule of law, vice-president of the China Association of Jurisprudence, and President of the Digital Law Association of the Shanghai Law Society, was a guest at the 15th Qing River Law Forum of our institute, in the academic lecture hall of Hongqi campus library, he gave a wonderful lecture entitled“Artificial Intelligence Ethics of rule of law”. The lecture was hosted by Meng Chunyang, Vice President of our college. Some teachers and students of our college listened to the lecture. At the beginning of the lecture, Ma started with the revolutionary reconstruction of AI Ethics of artificial intelligence, and aroused students' ethical reflections on AI. He Ethics of artificial intelligence on the dimensions of the rule of law in artificial intelligence, the ethical principles of artificial intelligence, the ethical scenarios of the rule of law in artificial intelligence, and the ethical construction of the rule of law in artificial intelligence, the ethical impact of artificial intelligence on the human-centered world and the serious data leakage problem are discussed in Peter 2.0 and public enemies of machines. He emphasized the importance of digital human rights protection in the digital age, proposed to ensure the dignity of“Digital people”, and warned that digital technology should be good and reasonable. When talking about the construction of artificial intelligence's rule of law ethics, he proposed to construct the Ethics of artificial intelligence by perfecting the system, strengthening law enforcement, judicial protection and social supervision. Ma Changshan pointed out that our country urgently needs to speed up the innovation and development of legal education at the intersection point of“Rule of law China” and“Digital China”, training can quickly adapt to the needs of digital society governance complex data legal personnel.
