I. Introduction to the subject

Legal administration is a frontier discipline that integrates law and administration. In 2016, it was approved as a second-level interdisciplinary master's degree program under the first-level discipline of "Law". This discipline is a provincial key discipline.The faculty strength of this division is relatively strong, the age and echelon structure is reasonable.At present, there are 16 full-time teachers, including 7 professors, 6 associate professors and 3 lecturers.There are 13 teachers who have obtained a doctoral degree and 1 doctoral candidate;There are 15 teachers with practical working background in law and administration.The department has first-level master programs and professional master programs in law, management science and Engineering, Marxist Theory, and key research bases in Philosophy and social sciences (university humanities and Social Sciences) of Jiangxi Province, such as "Mining Development Research Center", "Environmental and Resource Law Research Center", and "Nonferrous Metal Industry Development Research Center".With perfect teaching soft and hard conditions, sufficient literature, modern teaching facilities and practical teaching conditions, the department has signed 18 stable practical teaching bases with ganzhou city and surrounding municipal government departments and non-ferrous metallurgy industry units.At the same time, hired a group of experienced unit leaders or experts as part-time guidance teachers.

Ii. Main research directions

1.Public administration and rule of law.This direction mainly studies the relationship between the phenomenon of the rule of law and the phenomenon of public administration, the value attribute and tool attribute of law as public administration, the legitimacy and purpose of public administration behavior, the rule of law and public administration behavior and other contents, so as to further enrich and develop the theory of public administration.

The main research contents include: legalization of public administration, responsibility and ethics of public administration, public decision-making and rule of law, administration by law and government by law, etc.

2.Social governance and rule of law.This direction mainly studies the relationship between the phenomenon of the rule of law and the phenomenon of social governance, the means and objectives of social governance and the legalization of social governance, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of a harmonious society and the construction of a scientific and reasonable national governance system.

The main research contents include: legalization of social governance, rule of law and harmonious society, social organization and rule of law, social governance mechanism and legal system, governance system and governance capacity building, etc.

3.Legalization of resource and environmental management.The direction of study resources and environment development and management of resources and environment of the rule of law phenomenon and the relationship between the phenomenon of the administrative, research the rule of law as the goal of the development and management of resources and environment and tools, build legal mechanism for the development and management of resources and environment and the administrative management system, so as to guide the local government administration according to law and the rule of law.

Iii, training objectives

This discipline meets the needs of the modernization of government governance and social governance, and mainly cultivates high-level, compound and applied talents with professional theories of law and management for governments at all levels, social organizations and colleges and universities.The specific objectives are:

1.Under the guidance of Marxist theory and method, we aim to train high-end research-oriented talents with the correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, as well as a strong sense of enterprise and responsibility.

2.Diligent study, correct study style, can deeply grasp the basic theory and basic knowledge of administrative management, solid professional foundation, reasonable knowledge structure, good academic accomplishment.

3.Be familiar with laws and regulations, especially the guidelines, policies and regulations in administrative management, and be proficient in the theory and practice of the major.

4.Be proficient in a foreign language.

5.Master the basic methods of literature retrieval and data query, and have certain practical abilities of scientific research and decision-making, organization, command, coordination and communication.

Iv. Length of study and credit requirements

The length of schooling is 3 years, the normal length of schooling is 3 years, and the longest is not more than 4 years.The duration of study is 1-1.5 years, and the duration of dissertation work is not less than 1 year.The credit system is adopted for course learning. The total credits taken by graduate students shall be no less than 34 credits, including no less than 29 credits for courses (no less than 19 credits for degree courses, no less than 10 credits for non-degree courses) and 5 credits for compulsory courses.

V. Cultivation methods

It mainly adopts the way of course study, scientific research training and academic exchange, and implements the tutor responsibility system.The tutor is mainly responsible for formulating postgraduate training plan, organizing thesis proposal, mid-term examination, defense, guiding scientific research, scientific research practice and academic thesis, etc., and has the responsibility of guiding, demonstrating and supervising the academic accomplishment and academic ethics of graduate students.

1. Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice Series education (3 credits)

The educational activities of innovation and entrepreneurship practice for graduate students aim at cultivating their innovation and practice ability, strengthening their entrepreneurship consciousness and guiding them to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship.

A series of educational activities on innovation and entrepreneurship practice for graduate students will be carried out in the form of special lectures, reports, experience exchange meetings or participation in various competitions at all levels.

A total of 3 credits.(1) Listen to innovation and entrepreneurship forum, lecture or academic exchange, graduate teaching secretary review and sign, every 6 times will be counted as 1 credit;(2) Those who have won 1 prize in a provincial-level or above competition, or independently established a company and obtained a business license, or published a corresponding conference paper at a provincial-level or above innovation and Entrepreneurship forum will be counted as 2 credits;(3) Those who have won the first prize of innovation and Entrepreneurship competition at the municipal or university level will be counted as 1 credit/item;0.5 credits/item for the following second-class awards;(4) Presided over and obtained the provincial innovation special fund project for graduate students or the innovation project of young Marxist theory research, which shall be counted as 2 credits/item;1 credit/item for presiding over and receiving university-level innovation special fund projects for graduate students;(5) Law graduate students shall carry out social practice or social investigation and research activities as required, provide certificates or social investigation and research reports, and count 1 credit if they pass the examination;(6) Participate in the research projects presided over by the supervisor and publish the research results in Chinese core journals (ranking first for graduate students, or ranking first for supervisor and ranking second for graduate students), 1 credit/paper;If the research results are published in CSSCI journals, or the published papers are reprinted in full by Xinhua Digest, Reprinted materials of Renmin University of China and Journal of Liberal Arts, or the research results have important social impact or have been approved by provincial and ministerial leaders, it will be counted as 2 credits/item.This research result is not calculated twice with the dissertation of postgraduate qualification.

2.Academic Report (1 credit)

According to the teaching plan, one must organize graduate students to attend various academic discussion and communication, requires every graduate students to participate in academic lectures, academic BBS during reading, scientific research and discussion of academic activities such as number of not less than 15 times, and asked each event to submit a written summary report of not less than 3000 words, and by the college and one in accordance with the project responsible for attendance and performance appraisal.Graduate students must be trained to write academic reports. Graduate students are required to make two academic reports on their research topics and research progress and achievements of their master's thesis during the study period. The school or department should conduct unified assessment according to the assessment methods, and the arrangement of academic reports should be relatively concentrated.

3.Opening Report (1 credit)

The thesis proposal is one of the most critical links in graduate education, which is directly related to the progress and quality of dissertation research and writing.Therefore, it is necessary to give full play not only to the leading role of the tutor, but also to the summary and main role of the research results of many years.In order to enable graduate students to enter scientific research practice as soon as possible, the department should make clear the direction and scope of topic as soon as possible after enrollment, and formulate the dissertation work plan.The topic selection of master's degree thesis should be of practical or theoretical significance, and it is encouraged to choose applied topics or hot spots directly facing the practice of public administration management.The contents of the opening report mainly include: significance and value of the proposal, literature review and its preliminary research results, research plan and objectives, main technical (theoretical) difficulties and proposed solutions.The proposal report shall be submitted and read by the master student himself to the master program, and the opinions and suggestions of the instructors and experts and scholars shall be heard. After the revision, the formal written report shall be submitted to the graduate school and program.

Ix. Other requirements

1. The examination method of degree courses adopts the form of the same class and volume examination, and the score of 75 is qualified;Non-degree courses are generally conducted in the form of an examination or examination, with a score of 60 being qualified.Only those who pass the examination can get the credit of this course.Only those with a weighted average score of 75 or above can participate in the dissertation defense.

2, master's graduate students during the period of learning requires at least to himself alone with the first author or mentor signature first, I am the second author in colleges and universities undergraduate course or Peking University (ntu) Chinese core journals published above or social science class in the international academic conference proceedings (not including supplement, special, special issue, the album) published 1 paper above is related to its research direction, and the first signature unit must be the jiangxi university of science and technology.Publication is a prerequisite for dissertation defense.

3. Graduate students applying for early graduation should meet all the following conditions:

(1) I have completed the required credits and have excellent academic performance (weighted average score above 85 points).

(2) The time interval between the opening of the thesis and the submission of the formal draft of the thesis shall be no less than six months, and the expert evaluation result of the thesis shall be excellent (the average score of expert evaluation shall be above 85 points, and the evaluation result of each expert shall be above 80 points).

(3) During the study period, The author or the first author or the second author or the tutor is the first author to publish at least 2 academic papers of the major in the national Core Chinese journals, or at least 1 academic paper in the CSSCI source journals of politics, management or law;Or the papers related to the major that are the only author or the first author or the tutor is the first author or the second author have been retrieved by SCI, EI and ISTP or have been reprinted by the full text of NPC Photocopying Materials.Or I am the sole author or the first author or my supervisor is the first author, or I am the second author and have published more than one academic paper related to my major in China Social Science, Xinhua Digest, Political Science Research, And Chinese Administration.Or I won the second prize or above in provincial postgraduate research and innovation activities during my study.The first signatory of the above achievements shall be Jiangxi University of Science and Technology.

(4) Applicants for early graduation must, on the premise of meeting relevant requirements such as outstanding graduates' GPA and academic performance, sign an employment agreement or take the examination for doctoral degree.

4. This training program has been implemented since 2019.The interpretation right of this training program belongs to the leading group of postgraduate work of the School of Grammar.
